Enzymes are optically active so it feels opposite configuration of molecule, therefore it becomes clear DNA polymer enzyme could not replace opposite configuration of sugar, phosphate, purine and pyrimedene bases during anti parallel replacement of legging strand. Since the structure of same base in one strand differs from it position in other strand in a matter of spinning direction of unpaired protons in odd numbered presents of molecules, as to clear I mean position with carbon and other molecular spatial arrangement .

When complementary strand altered to serve as m-RNA template then, I report Shift of nature of bases also shifting the sequence of amino acid and it leads the shift of protein adjacent as outer face shifting the internal face and vice versa. And I find every protein has two sites of action, the first to get attach the molecule it is initiator region and other is promoting region. So transfer between these locations will block the attachment between receptor. HIV antigen is synthesized by single strand because it presence single strand RNA nucleus ,it makes clear it could not get attach with two strand dependent synthesized receptor(protein)when both strand serve as m-RNA template but one by one. Then genesis of resistant kind T4 lymphocytes that failed to recognize antigen. This is strand transfer immunity.

As the cell prepares to undergo division to make two daughter cells it requires the synthesis of two strand of DNA making a helical structure, so both the strand get separation.

The separation is response by Helix Reversal Enzyme. This enzyme essentially shifts opposite the pole of one strand and strands become paralleled. The result creates a force of repulsion between two parental strands. This is an action to the enlarge the space between two separating strands because of enlargement of space requires for new replication of DNA to replace complementary. The other enzyme is known as DNA-polymer Enzyme, it is concern to replication of DNA Strand, so new replacement would be the transfer of complementary triplets also to serve the m-RNA template.

EXPERIMENT-
Mono nucleus cells were grown in a medium containing radioactive methionine, tryphtophan,so that the radioactivity is incorporated in the purified individual protein accordingly to these encoding mRNA and template DNA. The outline of this labeled protein on a photographic film appears in the form of scattered black dots of silver grains. When these samples of protein was studied for radioactivity showed that same kind of protein of first generation the radioactivity was found to be uniformly distributed in the purified concern protein. This was because in them the original strand of template DNA double helix was only concern with encoding the m-RNA as well as protein and the complementary strand was not changed to serve as template for mRNA.

In the protein of second generation there found two variants influence on radioactivity study.
This was because the both of the parental strands of DNA was transferred to serve as template for m-RNA but in a ratios of equal half to total proportion in each daughter cell. This supports the m-RNA synthesis undergoing shift and proceedings of its protein synthesis also.

PRINCPLE- Tryphtophan and methionine are coded by single triplet codes and still it is clear if one strand has a position to encode tryphtophan so the other complimentary would not be the same. This was the principle to makes their variant position when strand undergoing shift and synthesis of different enantiomer- proteins proceeds.

This accounts its role in physiology and medicine.

Haha, we're in a warm period at the moment if we are speaking about archaeological weather/climate periods. This will prolly be around for a couple of thousand years. Studies (pollen analysis/isotopes)have already shown the repetitive warm and cold periods in the past.
No worries, we will all be toast or living in special environments or in space by then.
I think the human influence has helped a hand when it comes to global warming. So maybe just maybe, the rise to a scorching heat and cold icey plains will come a tad quicker (Say a few hundred years earlier? xD).
